This property is converted from a single-bedroom apartments (what's called "1K" in Japan), although the room didn't include a kitchen. We stayed in a triple room at a corner. The room was barely able to contain three beds and there was virtually no room for anything else: We needed to open one suitcase at a time. No hook or rack to hang a towel. The fridge was really small, and we needed to improvise to store bottles (no 2L bottle). The room was clean with amenities. They provide free soda fountain, coffee machines, and breakfast bread in the lobby.
The hotel is pretty close to JR and Metro Kinshicho Station. There are a lot of great restaurants, convenience stores, and banks nearby. We especially liked Seiyu supermarket, which opened 24 hours.
