They charge you $10 a day for parking. Even though you have already paid for the room. Also, the bathtub was leaking when I took a shower, so I used one of the towels to mop up some of the water off the floor and just barely mopping the floor with the towel and it was completely black. The only option that I saw was a Starbucks that had to pay, completely overpriced .. The building is old and very dusty. The air conditioning vents were completely dusty and we woke up with sore throats. This is not the quality that we expect from the Marriott, and I did send them an email to Corporate and never heard anything back. We picked this because we like Marriott, and the reviews were good, but I’m not really sure what happened since those reviews were written and we stayed here. There was another group staying there at the same time and had the exact same experience and we will never go back. Thank you

Charging a $10/day fee for parking is uncalled for screams corporate greed. You’re traveling, why wouldn’t you have a mode of transportation? The hotel is not near an airport of within a major metropolitan area with pedestrian facilities. A car is needed. Also, the shower curtain did not enclose the shower hence creating a very wet bathroom floor.

Staff and accommodations were great overall. Didn’t appreciate having to pay $11 for parking and then have free sap fall all over my car That I have to pay &20 to wash? If you’re gonna charge to park at least clean up the tree line.

Honestly, I would like a refund because the toilet and shower was dirty and I have pictures of the mold/dirt on the toilet. It hasn’t been cleaned in months it seems like and it ruined me and my fathers stay completely

This property was easily convenient to our needs for our visit to Tampa. Property was clean staff was friendly and available. Our room faced the main road so it could be noisy if the AC was not running.

Stay was good. Nicely remodeled hotel. Though the toilet wouldn’t flush readily. Front desk had no one to fix it at the late hour and wanted to switch my room. Wasn’t going to do that for one night. Temp panel numbers where broken and you couldn’t see what temperature the AC was on.

The Staff was Amazing!! So friendly and welcoming! However the bed was horrible!! There was no support at all!! It sank completely in!! The mattress had seen better days and we did NOT a get a good nights sleep. The bath/shower was nice. However needed cleaning. Wish there was a mirror /vanity area in the bedroom so 2 people can get ready at once but if the mattresses were better and you added a vanity/mirror area the stay would have been perfect!!
