I left the room at about early in the morning And then an hour later, as I was driving I got a call from a staff member asking me where the remote for the tv was. I apologized and basically asked if they looked everywhere, between the mattress. He then realized that indeed they had not actually looked for it, and told me he would go check l. He never called me back. But that got me wondering, what kind of cleaning are they actually doing in that facility.

Hello Mr. David, were sorry to hear that you had to leave... yet the night you stayed we only had a few rooms available so online prices were higher than usual. And about the thin walls, you did book a handicap room and those are built a little different than our usuals. But if you would have let the front desk know that you were not satisfied with your room they would have been more than happy to assist you with a different room! Rooms are big ,beds comfortable and clean. There was no shampoo or conditioner and the soap provided wasn’t that great so make sure u bring ur own. .

Thank you for taking time and writing feedback. Regarding the shampoo and conditioner, due to Motel 6 policies we are not permitted to leave shampoos and conditioners in the room. Yet front desk can always provide you with some! Again thank you for choosing Motel 6!

I imagine that literally ANY other hotel in town would be better than this one. I checked in late at night because I was tired and really needed a shower after hiking the National Park all day. The man at desk was extra creepy with a dirty T-shirt on. No shampoo, conditioner, soap or hair dryer in room. Washcloth and towels were stained a filthy shade of grey. I literally spent 2 hours and $6 of my own money to wash them. Tiny hallway is SUPER loud (without people trying to be, you would literally hear a mouse run through the halls here). You will hear EVERYTHING. I got almost no sleep and at 6 am when I had enough and went to check out, I literally had to wake up the creepy guy at the front desk in the dirty T-shirt. This stay was bizarre at BEST. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I liked that the bathroom was cleaned and they left fresh towels. We had a terrible time checking in. We arrived at 2pm to see if we could get an early check-in but the room wasn't ready. We said we would come back later. When we arrived at 4pm, which is an hour later than promised the room still wasn't ready. Then the motel clerk said that it was because we said earlier that "any time is okay" therefore blaming us for their ineptitude. Then she said to wait in the car for 20 minutes. In the meantime, the cleaning crew was having their break in their breakroom, which we could see. Unacceptable! Apparently, the management doesn't know how to manage. It was a terrible experience to start our stay.

Hi Ms.Karen we apologized for that our housekeeper that is assigned on that room took a break because she wasn't feeling good,.. 20 minutes was just an estimate time and the room was ready 5 minutes after we gave the room key. Again we apologized for that inconvenience and we will try our best that this wont happen again.

If you are going to Pinnacles National Park, this Motel 6 is convenient and the best choice in the area. Room was clean and large with a refrig and microwave and all the basic necessities.

Everything was descent here, really good for a Motel 6. Close to the national park and all the convinces you might need. I was extremely upset that the jacuzzi wasn’t open till the end of April! Which why would you want it in the summer? People said this is the only place to stay near the park and that is not true.

I didn’t like how I went to get a extended check out time which I was told I would be allowed to do so for $20 a hour after 11am then I go to extend it they tell me I can’t then I left my son in the room after coming to a verbal agreement with management and then even tho it was before 3 pm they started to harass my son under age son by calling and banging on the door for him to get out even going to tell him he can take all his stuff and sit on the steps and still charged my card $80 extra dollars on top of them charging me $270 for only 2 nights this is a very bad way to keep customers coming back why offer extended check out if your going to hassle people to leave children at that with no. Adult present won’t be coming back

Hi Ms. Tynesia, we apologized for what happened while staying with us. We agreed that you will be charged 20 per hour until 2:00pm for the extension, it was 2:30pm we sent our housekeeper to check if the guest left already or not. Since the room still occupied the Front Desk contact the room if you need more hours and we offered that they could wait for you in the lobby since we couldn't reach you at first. You got charged 60 for the first 3 hours from 11 to 2pm and you add 1more hour for 20 checkout 3pm, total of 80.Again, we did not harass anyone, we always advised our Guest not to leave the kids unattended for safety purposes. We booked a room for 4 people and there were 3 towels and one chair in the room, although there is room in the room for at least 2.

We wanted a hotel/motel close to Pinnacles National Park, and this Motel 6 fit the bill. The room was clean and comfortable, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Note that they do not serve breakfast, so either bring your own or be prepared to explore dining options in Soledad.

We stayed here while visiting Pinnacles. It seemed recently renovated with modern touches. When I forgot an item, I was able to call hours later and have them hold it.
