The habour views were spectacular from my room. You can't beat the location connected to a large mall and MRT. It provided the perfect location after our Asia cruise. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and steam room which were complimentary in the spa.

Hotel room w/ nice view being tallest building in Singapore. Supposedly luxury hotel but bathroom toilet not impressive just looking like one in budget hotels, telephone operator not sure if rectangular box beside refrigerator might be a wine cooler but said it was not in use(so I don’t understand why leave it there?), perhaps old batteries in tv remote caused tv not to respond quickly. Most importantly, Hotel staff need to be more polite, helpful(including especially the suited usher guy in Stamford Brasserie last Feb 3 happy hour time), & improve their service. Delays at check-in w/ self-service machine, staff slow to assist & wasn’t able to allow at 1pm & we were told to come back at 3pm & after we did our request to be put on a room higher than the 36th level(out of more than a thousand room 70 story Hotel) was denied outright.

This is a great hotel in many aspects, I would give it a 5/5 except the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep and at the end of the day that's the most important thing.

We chose this hotel as we were dinning at Jaan the restaurant and for its central location. Unfortunately our start was not good we had cockroaches in our room. The staff explained they had cleaned the room of cockroaches earlier so that did not fill me with confidence to stay in the room. When we raised it with the manager he was very apologetic and moved us, provided an upgrade, breakfast and a drink. The upgraded room was not as good a view as the previous room and looked well used, but it was clean, a bit larger and cockroach free. The hotel is well located to MRT train links and shopping areas though.

Great views over Singapore. Good location. Rooms have recently been refurbished so very nice. Big hotel which lacks any personal touch or recognition of a returning guest.

Our room was spectacular, large, nicely appointed, and overlooking the harbor of Singapore. The hotel was convenient for sightseeing and the metro. A large mall is attached to the hotel with numerous restaurants, and there’s a grocery store on the bottom floor. Everything is readily available.

This is a very average hotel, for the price and the star rating, I think it's not worth it. The hotel feels stuffy and old, and staff is professional but not warm. If this is a 3-star hotel, I'd probably be ok. The location is good though, with many food and shopping areas nearby.

Comfortable stay but don’t expect top notch servic
The hotel is very well located and is easy to travel to and from. However, do not expect much from service— no turn down service, amenities not regularly replenished, and not very thoughtful. My husband and I are used to staying in hotels that provides water but this hotel only has filtered tap water next to the bathroom sink, for which they provide a jug. The jug is not refilled daily when room is made up and you will have to do yourself. It takes a while to fill the jug up as the water pressure is extremely low. Tubs are also not cleaned well and bathroom shows signs of use. I saw items left by previous guests still in the room as well.

Loved this hotel. It’s situated in the most convenient spot adjacent to the metro station and the shopping mall. Also walkable to Merlion Park! Very safe area. The room was very clean and spacious. The only complain is that I didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner they provide. Very stinky. I recommend you bring your own ;)

Great location and views from 61st floor. Enjoyed executive lounge and happy hour. Had snack and drinks at The Stamford Bar…service and food were terrible. Disappointed given outstanding service in other areas of the hotel.

All rooms include balcony. Fantastic view of Marina Bay Lake to view spectacular light shows. Close proximity for walk to Marina Bay Sands Mall. Entrance to City Hall MRT entrance on-site - 4 stops away to Orchard Shopping, ChinaTown, India Village. Next door to historical Raffles Hotel.
