The front desk staff is probably the worst I’ve ever delt with. With the exception of the gentleman who checked me out, only he was professional. The females at the font desk thinks their celebrities who act like you owe them. The maintenance staff Gaylynn Promo along with rest of maintenance team had more respect and care than the front desk, they helped us with many things. Perhaps they can teach your front desk respect and manners in regards of treating people. Worst first impression only if I could give zero stars

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with planty of options to walk to restaurants, markets. The view is spectacular from the rooms. The amenities are wonnderful, however we had the power go out a few times for a few seconds. The pool was very warm, perfect for night time swimming. During the day the crystal clear ocean water was more refreshing and planty of fish, turtles and stingrays to look at, even from the balcony... We had a wonderful time there.

We booked an oceanfront villa and we were truñy impressed with how large the room was and it had every single thing we needed...there was even 2 extra set of linen mayb 4 to 6 extra towels. We would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a clean spacious oceanfront room..the onsite restaurant were lovely. You will get everything you need onsite..the location is also perfect..truly impressed and would definitely book again
