"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

"Expedia VIP Access perk was limited to weekdays limiting utility. Location was very convenient for transit. Encountered difficulty in every case of trying to direct taxi drivers to the hotel and during my 2 stays, road access was limited by construction. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would return."
