"We stayed here for 9 nights and we had a great stay. Staff went on and beyond when I needed an adapter for my laptop, super friendly and attentive. Location is super convenient, near subway stations and walking distance from Tokyo station. Room is small but convenient and comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body soap! It has everything you need from toothbrush to razors. Great value for the price. Definitely recommend it and would stay here again"

"The superior double twin room was great. Not huge but just enough had a nice little corner couch, perfect for suitcases. Little fridge, and safe, bidet, hairdryer etc all supplied Their pillows are very hard and seemed to have “dried beans”in them. They do offer an upgrade but we’re out when we tried. Our airplane neck pillows saved us!!otherwise everything was perfect. Staff was super nice!"

"It was fairly clean. Breakfast requires you to pay extra for 800 yen per person. Our area had a really good coffee shops, convenience stores, and restaurants so we don't need to eat at our hotel We were close to city which was good. It takes us 10-15mins to get to Tokyo station. The price wasn't too bad at $160 after tax for two rooms with queen size beds. Overall a good experience. "

"The staff was excellent! The front desk staff helped locate a restaurant that could accommodate allergies and was helpful with every request. I enjoyed having an air purifier in the room which was very clean and a larger size than other options I was considering. The location is just off a main street so was a bit quieter while being very close to Jimbocho subway station for ease of connecting to the rest of the city.
