This is a well-maintained property in a central location in Copacabana. The service was excellent, there was a varied and delicious breakfast, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and room had a very nice shower and large TV. The luxury room has a small balcony with a fantastic view of Copacabana. There are more luxurious hotels, but this hotel is reasonably priced. We will return.

The hotel is across Copacabana Beach, so very easy access. All staff very courteous and helpful in solving issues. All main areas clean, including our room on 14 floor with a view on the Christ the Reedemer in a far. We didn't use the roof top pool or the bar, but it has a nice view on the beach.The breakfast in the cafeteria is served from 6am and such a variety of delicious, freshly prepared food to choose from, too. it was great stay! Highly recommended.

The only one that has been the best is Andre in the front who immediately takes care of our luggage from check in/check out. CONS: the night before check out we ordered dessert for room service. My bf is severely allergic to peanuts. We ordered a Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream for him (JUST LETTING YOU KNOW ON THE DESSERT MENU IT DOES NOT SHOW THAT IT INCLUDES PEANUTS OR ANY KINDS OF NUTS IN THAT DESSERT AT ALL). I ordered it and even told the person taking my order to make sure there’s not NUTS or PEANUTS ANYWHERE since he’s severely allergic to it and has had to go to the hospital since it closes his throat and cant breath. He started eating it and it contained nuts inside the brownie. I called to verify and they said no peanuts and even heard someone in the kitchen say no. Few minutes later they called after my bf finished it and they said.. “DID YOU EAT IT ALREADY? i have someone coming there to pick it up. It said here that it contains peanuts in portuguese..” I immediately went and got all his allergy meds from the luggage to give him and prevent his allergy attack. Thank god i had everything and he didn’t end up having any reactions after. But its so inconsiderate for them to not make sure even after i have asked multiple times. Also to add on to that, they were inconvenient and not let us have a late check out and told us to leave at 12pm when our flight was at 9pm even if i asked the day before and theyve told me they can accomodate. But nope we couldnt.

Excellent location to enjoy beautiful beaches and location. Easy check in and checkout. Clean and looked after environment. Excellent range for breakfast. Staff went far and beyond to please you. Spacious room. Such a comfortable bed!!! Highly recommended.
