Somewhat basic room accommodations, but slept well & enjoyed the view. As first-timers to Sorrento on a larger itinerary, did not realize the location was further from downtown than we desired but there is a shuttle. All personnel were fabulous - excellent service. "

"This is the best hotel option for visiting Naples and the surrounding area that I decided to stay twice lately: super convenient location with airport bus, city metro, train station, supermarket and great restaurants just steps away; classy, clean and well maintained rooms that look exactly like the photos (particularly with views of Mount Vesuvius from the balcony), and very friendly and helpful staff who will make sure your requests are met and your stay is pleasant (big thanks to Luigi and Katia!); and finally, the fact that such a nice hotel is also pet friendly just made it absolutely perfect for people who travel with their pets!"
