Getting there from CDG: Take the RER B and then walk 10-15 minutes. We got there at night and the area was popping with people eating and socializing. Getting to the room: Entrance is easy but be warned about the staircase. We were on the third floor and had to climb with the suitcases. That is fine, but the stairs themselves are half the width of a normal step, so there were many times I almost fell. My friend hated these stairs. The room itself: Very tiny but liveable. There's 2 tables to get ready or eat on, a tv, and the most compact bathroom/kitchen ever. You can't move in the shower because it is so small. All other amenities were fine, and I would've loved to use the washer if I had stayed longer. I would recommend this to young people or solo travelers because of it's proximity to Le Marais and the museums/Seine. You can also hear people in other apartments or if someone in the courtyard, but c'est la vie.

Property was overall in a quite and nice area. Walkable distance from both Notre-Dame and the Lourve. Only issue is the bathrooms are quite small. Took a bit of maneuvering to take a shower comfortable. Good for a trip where you only need a place to rest your head and refresh yourself for a long day of traveling around Paris.

We did not like not being advised that the tiny apartment was on the fifth ie the sixth floor, including the ground floor, with 100 steps of a circular stage. This was not good for my my seven-month pregnant wife.

The property was cute, the location was great and it was clean. I forgot about the first floor being the USA equivalent of the second floor so I had 4 flights of steep stairs instead of 3 which was a bummer for my back. The place was clean but you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Bathroom nessessities including using the toilet, bedroom goings on and hallway commotion...I got a dinner and a show whether i wanted it or not. But the location was great and it's Paris so you go with it all!

Our stay was 6 nights Pros: Location was very handy to the metro and the property was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Cons: cooktop did not work and we never heard back after reporting it. We also had evidence of a rodent - nibbled package/food as well as droppings.

The apartment was clean, well organized and welcoming. The location was excellent! The only inconvenience was going up the narrow spiral steps to the 4th floor with a suitcase.

Location, location, location! Les Patios du Marais is in the perfect location for exploring and immersing yourself in Paris. We stayed in the Browning 1-bed and it had everything we needed. Will definitely stay at Les Patios on future trips.

We were on the 4th floor and dragging luggage up the spiral stairs was challenging! Loved everything else about this place and this was the second time we stayed here!

Pros: -tight space but doable for a family of four (children slept on the pullout couch) -private bathroom that works -tiny kitchen for simple food preparation and storage -cute decor in unit and quaint interior walkway inside shared entry -very close to metro line, buses, and even walkable to main train station (Les Halles - Chatelet) Cons: -ridiculous microwave that is nearly impossible to use -shower curtain is too short and results in very wet bathroom floor -walls are thin, so noise from other units can be easily heard -many visitors who are not apartment dwellers won't realize that a person needs to press the door unlock button on the side of the wall to exit the shared entry and get out to the street. We thought we were trapped in the building afterhours until another resident showed us how to get the door to unlock. This seems like a tremendous safety hazard, especially since the button is not obvious and the door has no signage to explain how to open it when it is locked.

Notre chambre Sunshine tres accueillante et cosy j'ai mis la meilleur notre Partout !!!!! Il manque seulement une petite étoile sur le confort par rapport au matelas un peu trop mou mais il est difficile de satisfaire les différences morphologiques de chacun . Dans l'ensemble génial et la rue tre-ès chouette et l'arrangement intérieur est fait avec bon goût et les parties communes exterieures très bien entretenues aussi! bravo ! Egalement merci du bon suivi de l'équipe .

Great neighborhood! Within 100 meters are a bakery, a butchers, a greengrocers, and a fishmonger. The bakery is excellent for breakfast. The butcher sells roasted chicken and amazing beef bourguignon. The greengrocer will fresh-squeeze orange juice for you. It’s amazingly convenient.

There is no instructions about the trash … I “m not sure if I disposable it correctly . The room is not like the pictures seams to be . It is really small . There is no room services , there is no trash removal … the shower area was super small , hopefully we are a small people, If you are medium or large will be impossible to have a shower . When you have a shower , if you touch the water mixer on the hot side , you got burned . I got burned several times . 2 pillows was impossible to use because of the terrible smells - . The area is good . The transportation in good too . In the room , the outside area is good .

Location and cleanliness and amenities were great. It’s very small but completely usable for us spending only a little time there. For three adults and two kids it would a little crowded and would recommend for more than 2-3 adults. The big issue we had was comfort for sleeping. The little pullout sleeper chair and sleeper sofa were very uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was great. If the sleeper sofa and sleeper chair had a mattress cover or something to help with the comfort it would have been much much better.

Studio apt with pros & cons
Great stay for me. It was very clean and the kitchen was charming. We were able to cook a wonderful Christmas dinner. However, it was too small a space for 3 tall adults and my kids took a hotel room somewhere else after our first night. Also it is a 5 floor walk up so know your strength - can you carry your luggage up 5 floors? Fortunately I had young people to help. I would definitely stay here again as a solo traveler. The neighborhood is great and everyone very friendly.
