"Beautiful setting in a remote location. The condominium was very comfortable, almost like home. Wish we could have stayed longer. If you are going to stay at Colony I, do your grocery shopping before arriving. Closest grocery store is a 30 min. drive. Same with dining. Be mindful that there are few restaurants near the property, and after 6 PM it's a 30 min drive minimum. "

"My other half and I stayed at this place to attend my cousin’s wedding in Na’alehu and it was an amazing stay! We truly enjoyed the quiet, relaxing, cleanliness of the unit and overall property. We had some down time to relax prior to the wedding so we enjoyed some relaxation poolside and in the Jacuzzi. This place is a quick 10-15 minute drive to either Na’alehu or Pahala. Awesome hosts, with prompt responses! We highly recommend!"

"This was the perfect house for us. We especially loved the separate bedroom for our son to stay in. It was a fully stocked kitchen and a nice grill so we cooked in every night. The hot tub was great too! Mindi and John are wonderful hosts with top notch communication. The location was perfect for exploring the National Park and surrounding areas.
