Lovely central hotel with lovely breakfast. It’s very large with 13 floors. Can be have some noise from streets below but sound proofing is good. Swimming pool very small but sufficient.

This is a great spot when visiting Norway! Hotel is central to everything in Oslo and has the most amazing complimentary breakfast buffet imaginable!

Wish I’d known the facility was so huge. Complicated hi tech elevators, couldnt figure out how hvac, Nescafé and towel warmers worked in rooms. Breakfast a vast series of food stations. I guess that’s seen as positive, food was good but so crowded overall. Do they cater to tour groups?

The staff in the counter was extremely bad. They said they were going to do something and didn’t do it. The a/c didn’t work. Even when they went to fix it once. After some hours , again it was not working. The phone in the room never worked. I asked for someone to fix it .. every day they said it was going to be fixed .. it never happened. When we arrived we got the room with cleaning items inside , like the kind of broom.

Staff are friendly and focussed. Rooms are immaculate even with the creepy bear art installation ! Buffet breakfast is fabulous Including blueberries and yoghurt, tabasco for my egg yolks and capers for the smoked salmon for the win.
