This property was perfect for Disney parks. Very close great rates. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was not happy about paying for parking in a hotel I am staying at. On top of the resort fee. I travel a bit. Resort fee and parking both just a little much. It was equal to the room fee.

We enjoyed the resort and all the amenities however the prices on Everything was astronomical! I know it is Disney but come on! $20. For a mixed drink! Food was great but way too high priced for our pockets! Just be prepared to drop a good amount for this trip!

Property is beautiful and staff were very nice and helpful… the ONLY downside is no inside restaurant between 11:30-5. We came back to hotel to get a break from Disneywotld and planned to have lunch. The only restaurant available at that time is outside which is what we needed a break from. (Heat and humidity) room service isn’t available until 4 pm. Beds were super comfy and hotel room was spacious. Another annoying part is you can only get pool towels from the tower in which you’re staying. So I had to go back to our location to get towels to have towels for the lazy river.

The property is like paradise but the hidden fees are insane! They wanted 900$ to park my car for 9 nights!!!!! Beware of huge fees if you book here!! I will never stay here again because of it! Plus my credit card kept getting charged weird fees and it seems nobody can help me when I ask about them!!!! I will stay on Disney property next time! Disney has free parking and free parking at all the parks! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! Read the reviews before!!!!!

We had a very nice time. Would come back again. staff nice and pools were great. Great location near all things Disney. Few cons: Lack of good options for food as McDonald’s could serve better cheaper food than what is priced there. $20 for chips and salsa is a bit steep. Loaded fries with barely any toppings for $17. May as well have been a plain fry. There needs to be a revamp on the pool bars food menus. Rooms could be a little more clean. There was some things found here and there that lacked cleanliness in the shower, bathroom, and bedding. Dirty shower head, hair in shower, towels and bedding. Also the pet policy states that dogs shouldn’t be left unattended but the room we had the dog was left alone next door because the dog would bark and bark once the owners left on multiple occasions. Once in the morning causing my family all to be up at 6:30AM. The walls are not sound proof especially with a door that can open in between rooms. So it was loud. Pretty inconsiderate.. my Labrador wouldn’t even bark that much but the tiny little dogs do not stop and don’t know how to. Maybe let bigger dogs come instead of tiny little yappers.
