Parkway is a good place to stay and is very good value for money. It is starting to show its age. The pool is a great place to hang out at. Our unit was in good condition. I would stay here again.

Very pleasantly surprised with this property. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Marissa, Maria and Mario were very pleasant and helpful. The unit was very spacious for our family of 4, and was completely renovated. All new Samsung TV's and appliances, and a large soaking tub in the master bath was great for tired feet after a long day of walking. The kitchen was very well stocked with dinner place settings for 6. The screened in porch was nice for morning coffee, and the pool and playground were very relaxing and fun. I love that they had planned activities every day for the kids as well. Extremely great value for Old Towne and conventient to the Parks.
