Super mit Einschränkung
Die Gegend ist sensationell. Meiringen ist nice, nicht mehr. Dafür fehlen aber zum Glück auch Touristenmassen, wie in Grindelwald oder Interlaken ( beides sehr schön). Die Residenz ist hochwertig und toll, absolut sauber. Die Gegend ist aus deutscher Sicht sensationell teuer. Ich fahre sonst nach Davos, da ermöglicht die Gästekarte einfach mehr. Nachrechnen bei den Bergbahnen empfehle ich auch. Wir haben im Ort unwissend zu viel bezahlt. Man könnte das Auto stehen lassen, aber der ÖV ist schlicht für 4 zu teuer. Leider. Wohingegen parken überall ziemlich günstig war. Der Kontakt zu Interhome war wegen Überlastung sperrig und verursachte wegen Fragen im Vorfeld Anspannung statt Vorfreude. Zum Glück entdeckte ich eine Vor-Ort-Adresse wo man behilflich war. Die Anlage hat zu wenig Parkplätze und es gelang mir nicht, noch einen zu reservieren (allein mit drei Kids). Ich war zufrieden, dass man mir einen Platz im Ort, ca 750 m entfernt, reservierte. Da wir zur Abreise früh aufbrechen wollten, hatte ich mir erlaubt das Auto abends zu holen und auf dem reichlichen Platz vor der Tür abzustellen. Wurde aber rausgeklingelt, die Familie nebenan auch, und musste das bepackte Auto wieder im Ort abstellen. Die Rezeption war ab 8:30 Uhr besetzt. Die Dame an der Bar direkt daneben war nicht bereit unseren Schlüssel vorher in Empfang zu nehmen. Blaffte uns auch an, wir müssten den Check Out Zettel abgeben. Den hatten wir vergessen, aber alles erledigt was draufstand. Fazit: die Gegend lohnt, Meiringen ist angenehm ruhig, die Unterkunft ist toll und bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für unendlich viele ( teils sehr teure) Unternehmungen. Aber in puncto Kundenfreundlichkeit war Luft nach oben.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
Schöne Ferienanlage mitten im Ort. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelladen sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
