Had a few complications with the hotel that left quite a sour taste, but overall the hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast buffet is a bit limited but the food is amazing.

Large Room and Good Breakfast
The room is spacious and clean and the buffet breakfast is of top level in Lubumbashi. However, the noise isolation could be improved.

Good location
The location of the hotel is convenient to most authorites and shopping area with taxi and mini buses outside. The room is large but the stool was blocked. Wireless network was not very reliable as most of the network do in this country.

短期滞在にはちょうど良い
物価の高い国ですが、比較的リーズナブルに滞在できました。 掃除もきちんとなされていて 気持ちよく滞在できました。 プールサイドや中庭で 顧客等とのショートミーティングもできますので 非常に便利なホテルでした。 朝食は こんなもんかというレベルで 長期滞在となるとつらいと思います。

RIEN DE SERIEUX.
J ai passé le plus mauvais sejour de ma vie. Il n y a pas d autres qualificatifs que l escroquerie. J avais reservé cet hotel via le site expedia et j ai payé directement la totalité de ma reservation pour 4 nuitées à 578 euros et cela 7 jours avant mon arrivée. Et j ai eu la confirmaton de ma reservation. Mais arrivée sur place, on me raconte une histoire du genre que la chambre avait ete desinfectée et qu elle ne serait prete que le lendemain a 07h, donc il me logeait pour une nuit ailleurs. J ai ete logée dans un hotel ou le courant est partie plus de 20 fois en une nuit. Mais la meilleure c est que le lendemain je me presente a l hotel Lubumbashi pour enfin occupée ma chambre mais il n y en avait pas. Toutes les chambres etaient occupees, c etait ca la realité. J ai donc attendu plus de 2 heures a la reception, pour que quelqu un libere une chambre. Finalement, je les ai demandé de me rembourser l argent pour que j aille ailleurs, mais le manager indien me demandait tjrs d attendre car il ne pouvait pas rembourser. Soit que j aille a ma reunion et la chambre serait prete a 13h alors que je l avais reservée pour la veille a 12h. Il m expliquait que c etait la faute de celui qui gere les reservatilns qui avait omis. Je suis donc allée prendre un autre hotel et 578 euros ne m ont pas ete remboursé. Il me faudrq donc entreprendre des demarches pour recuperer cet argent. Je ne pourrais jamais recommander cet hotel a quelqu un. Pas du tout serieux.
