"Beautiful hotel. Perfect stay. Great bed, great pillows. Only con is the rooms are carpeted and they are old so there is a mild odour ( you get use to it quickly though). I will return for sure. "

"The property is in a great location for the show we were seeing at the Location music hall. The only downfall with the area around the hotel is the homeless people and their drug use right on the streets of London. It's like this everywhere downtown London. The Hotel itself is very secure and the farmers market and parking is right across the street."

"Nice rooms, good breakfast, very very nice gym facility, and having two pool tables; great idea."

"The hotel, room, food etc. was all good. There's an oddly aggressive big sign when you check in demanding kindness towards staff and "if you think you can do better, fill out an application as we're always hiring." That was kind of passive aggressive, immature, and off putting. No reflection on the staff, but seriously makes me wonder about management. Also of the three EV charges, two are Tesla... the non-Tesla charger was broken/not working. Staff didn't know anything about how any of it...

"Clean, spacious, comfortable living room and cozy bedroom. The view was spectacular and the desk area was comfortable to do computer work. Had a homey feel and had a great sleep."

"My family had a great time, and I would recommend, however my ten year old boys came for the pool and water slide, and unfortunately the water slide was closed the entire duration of our trip. It was very disappointing"
