"We loved staying at Hotel 21 East twice on our recent trip to Japan. We had great views from our rooms and the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us with things to do and how to get there. They have a convenient Disney bus which took us to and from Tokyo Disneyland. They even helped us book a bus from Tokyo Disneysea to Haneda airport. Arigato."

The suite has a kitchen and a washer dryer in the bathroom which was very helpful (takes a long time to dry so plan ahead). Location of the hotel has it's pros and (debatably) cons as it's close enough to the railway and has a park,7-eleven, as well as a small shopping mall with decent sized food court. "I thought it was ok for the price. Facilities were extremely clean and other guests were respectful of others. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt safe staying there overnight. It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I wish I would have gotten more guidance from the staff when I first checked in. Staff did not speak English (which is fine, you're in Japan after all!) but was not necessarily welcoming or friendly when I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I was bothering them, but...
