The property was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing the staff was very accommodating as well. I had a minor issue with my spa booking, but the made up for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel seems modern and in good condition. It has a restaurant with a very good breakfast and a good lunch and dinner menu. The area is a little bit far from downtown or the main commercial and restaurant area, but still good if you have a car.

The amenities of the location were very satisfying. Our overall stay was very enjoyable. We did run out of water mid shower, that was the only thing we had a problem with. Everything else was great.

I love this hotel. Great closet for women. Wash cloths. Great roof garden. Nice gym. Lovely shower. Easy access and parking. But, because the waiter had his back to us and was playing on his phone nonstop, he gave us poor service. And the salsa verde and totopos were way over-salted.

Always an excellent stay
Excellent stay as always. Staff very friendly and professional and the rooms are in excellent condition. Wifi works well and the bed is extremely comfortable and the area is very quiet. Highly recommended.

Very confortable and friendly personnel. It has automatized/modernized bathrooms into VIP rooms. The restaurant has a complete menu to stay and eat there.

The hotel is comfortable and has a decent restaurant. I like the breakfast menu, is very good. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. The employees are always willing to help. I do not like that is far from the restaurants and shopping center. I did not like that is difficult to get in and out of the property. The access system is difficult to reach, some times I need to get out of my vehicle. Also, useless since nobody is checking who is entering. I preferred to see a person checking and operating the access.

This is an elegant hotel with an awesome morning buffet with something different every morning.We also ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. All the staff attending us were excellent. With that being said, there is only an OXXO convenience store with in walking distance, however there is Walmart six minutes away by car, along with plenty of dinning options as well...This location was ideal for me as it is just far enough out of the city to avoid the crazy traffic but only ten to fifteen minutes from downtown. Only down side is the road leading to the parking lot has two concrete walls on either side of the road with only about a five foot opening. So if you have a big vehicle, you'll differently need to pull in your mirrors or end up scratching them up, or worse...other than that, Hotel Galeria is a great Hotel, and I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel that is obviously designed to cater to an Asian clientele, which is very nice in some ways. Staff was very cordial but still managed to check us into a room that someone else was already occupying. Fortunately, the other guests were not there when we barged into their room. The room they reassigned us to was just as nice however. Comfortable, except the pillows were so huge and overstuffed that we both woke up with a neck ache. TV was available in English, and they had CNN but not Fox, which is unfortunate when you're trying to stay abreast of all news.

I always stay here when I go to irapuato. The staff is awesome they treat me real good and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Francisco and Alex are awesome! They always treat me like family. The hotel itself is really clean I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. I will return soon.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The security and staff overall is great. I would recommend this to anyone. Location is perfect to exit to city and highway. The room was exceptional great hotel I will return again.
