Excellent view of the falls. Room has a bar fridge and a good sized bathroom. Shower is good. Pillows were too thick and the duvet made us overheat.

Gorgeous views of the Falls, really nice staff, clean rooms. Area is very Atlantic City like with big hotels and chain restaurants. To walk from your hotel to the Falls is a wonderful thing.

The room we had was incredible for a view of Niagara Falls. This view trumps everything else. Besides the room was very nicely laid out and had a great tub. It was probably recently renovated.

Overall, the best part of the stay was the view of the falls. Be aware there’s two different Marriott hotels near each other. Double check which one you book at. The beds were okay, no sofa bed in the room. When we booked online, was under the impression there was a sofa bed since it said the room sleeps 5. We were wrong. You have to pay for parking. The kids enjoyed the pool. Besides the receptionist telling us the wrong room number when we checked in, stay was ok.

We had an amazing experience, requested for a cake for my husband's birthday and they provided it when we came back to the room. We booked falls view room and it was an amazing view of the falls, totally recommend it. Staff is amazing and understanding, would be great if they start serving complimentary breakfast. I reserved 2 rooms and I requested both on the same floor. The check in was supposed to be at 4 pm we ended checking in at 4:45 because 1 of the rooms “was not ready”. We ended getting another room in a different floor.

The staff member we encountered when checking in was incompetent. The room had a problem with heating but they fixed it right away. The staff member when checking out was very helpful and courteous. The staff at the lounge was great! The hotel was very clean and the area was nice. The bad experience at the check in overshadowed the first day.

View was AMAZING. We got a higher floor room and it was very worth it. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom and provided amenities were nice. One downside was that we had to pay for internet. For the cost of the hotel seems like WiFi should be included, especially at $15/day! Had to pay to park which was also expensive, not that it wasn’t expected. Loved having a Starbucks in the lobby. We didn’t try the restaurant.

Staff were good, limited in hotel dining and costly for what you’re getting. Everywhere within was freezing. Our room had no heat for the first 5 hours, after 2 calls to front desk they finally had someone come by to make a repair. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff were friendly and quick.
