I will stay here every time! Very clean, very courteous . Everyone from front desk to valet to house keeping! We loved our stay here they made us feel like family, very kid friendly loved the complimentary water bottles upon check in along with the complimentary use of chairs and other items for the beach ! We chose the Hyatt Place at Waikiki for the convenient location. It was the best choice we made, it was literally block and a half from the beach. The room with 2 double beds was quite spacious for 4 of us . They had continental breakfast buffet in the morning by the pool just watch out for the pigeons. There's a parking structure across the street where you can pay a daily fee or weekly. Our room had the Mountain view which was nice . Overall we'd stay here again. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean

The staff are so welcoming. Dino the front end manager made sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeper was a sweetheart. The valet team were amazing. The front desk staff welcomed us everytime we came into the lobby. Love this place so much!

Everything was great. Breakfast was also great. The complaint i have was i bought an upgraded room with a ocean view. When i got there i did not get the ocean view. When i spoke to the front desk they changed my room to an ocean view but a smaller room and still paid for the upgraded room.

The hotel is good, the room is clean & comfortable. The breakfast is good also. Our room was a little bit noisy & the balcony not very nice. The views were not great. Views of the Diamond head, but you see a lot of buildings!! Not a clear view!

Nice, clean property. I thought I would be across the street from ocean but a couple buildings back but building tall enough to see the ocean. I did find the rooster crowing at all hours annoying.

I picked this hotel after reading the reviews and I am so happy I did! The location was perfect, a couple blocks from the beach and they offer towels and chaira. We were also able to be picked up for all of our excursions on the same block which was super convenient.The staff were very friendly, Joy found us a room to checkin early and they held our luggage after check out since we had a late flight. Breakfast was basic but pretty good. The only downside was that it was quite windy outside trying to eat, that was actually more troublesome than the birds for us. Overall, an incredible experience though! Thank you guys!

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, was located within walking distance of beach, zoo and shopping mall. Public transportation was located close by. Included breakfast was great! Elevators at breakfast time and late afternoons were slow.

This hotel is great! Breakfast was fabulous every morning and everything is within walking distance. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is due to the elevator system. It’s very slow and only 2 elevators to reach the top floors and they’re super slow.

Room was nice. Air conditioner didn’t work when we arrived and had requested someone to fix it and they never came. If you stay on the second floor, you’re not treated as well as the guests above the third floor, which was unfortunate. Breakfast was great with many changing options. Loved the daily breakfasts too bad there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel for the other meals but we walked across the street and down the street and found restaurants within a few blocks
