It’s in a great central location close to great shopping and the Hoan Kiem lake. Excellent value for price, friendly and helpful staff all day and night. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again. So many great restaurants and coffee shops to walk to nearby.

- The room are clean , It's Very nice - The Staff are very nice , Every one are so kind - The Location are nice in 36 Route and Other Location for traveling - Breakfast is good. They have some fruit - Last Thing Service here is very nice

I spent several nights. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They served good breakfast every morning which was included with the hotel stay. This was a great value for the money. It is in a good location, within walking distance to the night market. There is a Michelin rated pho resturant half a block away.

Cozy place to stay, good location, nice service, we have great time here, and we love the breakfast here, crews are so kind and helpful, we will choose here and recommend. Molly and Daisy has a pleasant smile and speak very well English. The room very clean. The service attitude is impeccable. The breakfast fruits are diverse and delicious.

The hotel lady has a pleasant smile and speaks softly. The room is small but very clean. Breakfast have plenty of choice, I suggest the Spa room in house as the staff is very funy & do good massage.

The hotel location is very nice. Walking distance to the lake and night market. Hotel is well maintained and very clean. The mattress and linen are neat and clean. Breakfast is perfect. They Carter for your needs. Molly at the reception is very helpful. I recommend this hotel to travellers coming to Hanoi.

This was oud second stay at the Hanoian Central hotel. The staff greeted us like family returning home, our room was up graded and the service was wonderful. We were sad to leave. Daisy was there to meet us on our first visit and to farewell us when we left on our second. She is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel We would definitely stay there again

The hotel was nice and clean. Good 4 star standard. Rooms are not very big but good enough for a couple. The main advantage is the location - in the middle of Hanoi old town and just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions night market, lantern street, train street, Hoan kiem lake. Super nice ladies in the reception. Molly and Daisy were very helpful. Thank you Team for making our Hanoi experience even better.
