"I stayed 3 nights at massive room that includes kitchenette and spacious bath tub with washing machine that helped cleaning my clothes (you can buy individual pack soap and use dryers at first floor coin laundry). With exchange rate of 155 yen, the entire expenditures cost under $300! Hakodate is underrated tourist destination spots that I really love this region where you are supposed to enjoy trademark seafood and meals. Overall, no complaint. I will come back to this hotel because facility includes restaurants, little convenient store, and beyond basic needs."

"The view from the room and the bath on the 12th floor was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of Japanese and western choices."

"Our bedroom was so huge with tons of space. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. It has an air conditioner and the room is very clean. The amenities are nice and they also provide amenities for the kids. They have a laundry washer and dryer in one for 600 yen. The breakfast have tons of options and very yummy where kids and adults can enjoy the food. This hotel is also near the shopping and eating area plus near the Hakodate airport. We will definitely come back and stay here again when we visit Hakodate! "

"This is a really exceptional hotel. Convenient location a short walk from the train station and many tourist sites. The hotel felt brand new and was spotless. Two things really make this hotel stand out. First, the rooftop onsen with views of Mt Hakodate was just fantastic. Second, the breakfast buffet is out of this world - on par with something you’d get in Las Vegas. You probably shouldn’t call it a breakfast buffet as there were so many high quality food options with the fresh seafood being the star attraction. It’s worth stopping in Hakodate just to have this hotel experience!"
