I want to thank all the staff at the Radisson Blu Business Bay Water Front Hotel. Everybody had a job to do and they did it in the most professional way. From the Guest Service Agent, the Concierge, Waiters and Waitresses, front desk Supervisor etc I would keep going and going. Thanks to everyone for the great service, friendliness and care for their guest. I can’t say enough about this Hotel, you truly showed us what real Customer Service is all about! Keep doing what you are doing, hopeing to come see you again soon.

Overall good but maintenance issues such as temperature control in shower was malfunctioning. Didn’t allow late check out facility.

Location is great but too much construction going on around the building. Bathroom Roof leaked the first day, hot water wasn’t available the second and not enough staff present at breakfast buffet to take orders and provide service.
