    "The apartment was adequate but I have two gripes - 1. The air conditioner was not up to the task even in late autumn, it took hours for the apartment to cool only slightly, it wasn’t enough. Also the beds are rock hard so sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. Both temperature and beds should be comfortable at a minimum. The rest of the apartment is good.
