"Property poorly maintained. Reception staff very rude as usual. No fridge unless ask for and need to bring from other room. .Aircon very noisy. Last stayed at this hotel was Nov 19 and with no glass door at shower causing the toilet requested as though there is nothing wrong with it"

"As always, great place to stay. I would suggest to improve wi-fi but if you ask about it, they will put a wi-fi booster in the room. Shower door also had a problem and did not close well leaving water on the floor each time. Other than that, service is fantastic, spa is great and breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. Great area also to walk around, and close to new metro station Huaide. "

"Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle."

They wantme to deposit money but i told and show them my comfimation thru my emails. This is not acceptable and not convenient for me and on my 2nd day they told me that they want tocancel my booking and locked up my things... Do you think this is acceptable for my case?
