"Good"

"The Lince is a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful in letting us store our luggage since our flight came in early in the morning before 3:00 check-in. We were told we'd be called when our room was ready, but we never were. Ultimately, we came back to the hotel at 2:00 and the room was ready. It would have been nice to have received a call so we could have checked in sooner. Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was nice, the room was clean, the hotel had good amenities for our short {1 night}...

"Overall nice place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We got there in the morning and they didn't have any early check in but did hold our luggage so we could go out until the room was ready. We had breakfast included and the food was average. Housekeeping took our extra keycard that we left in the light switch every time they came in. It is an extra cost to use the jacuzzi and sauna area. Not all the jets worked in one of the jacuzzi's. On our 2nd to last night we noticed the a/c was leaking....

"We stayed at this hotel for 11 days for our 40th anniversary and the staff there were completely wonderful and helpful…. From guiding my husband in and out of the garage, to suggesting restaurants, or with any random question we had… no question was too much. They were always welcoming and polite.
