When I booked it the room was supposed to be $60 when I received the receipt it cost $89 plus tax talk about bait and switch. Not happy about being overcharged. Will think twice before booking again.

There is no pool as advertised. The help was pretty rude upon arrival. Stake muffins and granola bars for breakfast. Plus they double charged my stay. Just a really bad stay and experience. They need to use false advertising by saying they have a pool and serve breakfast to get customers. But I guess you get what you pay for...My recommendation is go elsewhere.

Your reservation in our system shows that you did not show on 12/31 so we are wondering if you stayed here another night under a different name since this review is posted on 12/29. This would explain where you see a double charge on your bank statement. The confusion with the pool is we do have one but it is outdoors and is too cold to open that right now. We may have it open in the summer if you would like to come back to our property and hopefully have a better experience with us.

There was no room cleaning or fresh towels, etc for my three-day stay. There was also a steady stream of oddballs arguing and making noise in the parking lot and walkways around my room.

We normally do not offer stayover service unless requested or for guests that are here more than 4 days. We have all stocked items at the desk if our guests need anything.

The picture provided for the room online , was not the room we got. The room we got was 20 years old with no updates, had bugs in it no ventilation, it was discusting.

Its not a luxurious hotel but good enough if you plan on being out and about and not dwelling in the hotel room. Went to a hockey game and spent most of the days in Salem and other sites. Theres a highway near the hotel so you can hear the cars pass. I sleep like a rock so the minor noise didnt bother me. Contenental breakfast is fine (nothing fancy) , room has all the necessities you need, mini fridge , microwave. Bathroom and bed were clean. Tv cannels were decent. Area Seemed pretty safe. So all in all the hotel has all the basics you need if you plan on being out and about. Decent price too. 2nd time staying there and would go back if the price is right.

Knight's Inn
Although hotel is under renovations, stay was still pleasant as was staff & cleaning staff. New renovations are great improvement in updating hotel & decor. Have recommended Knights in to our family & friends when they’re traveling through beautiful New England States.

Awful!
We did not end up staying at the Knights in. Upon inspecting our room we immediately saw bloody handprints on the inside of the door. There were large bugs crawling on the valance, and the tissue box had crumple up tissues in it. The smell in the room was overpowering. It was a definite no for us. The staff did offer a different room, and then went and inspected the one we were supposed to be staying in and offered to refund our money, so at least that part was ok. We clearly did not opt for a different room. Horrified to say the least.

We stayed in room 234 first the pictures on the site are is NOT the same that your getting when you arrive! Second it’s way over priced and for what?!! Dirty rooms it seems like the cleaning crew doesn’t clean hair clumps on the floor we had blood splatter on our bathroom door and inside the bathroom. No accessibility to any dinning except for delivery from this Chinese place they recommend that is horrible DO NOT get food from that Chinese place waste of money. The motel is in the slap middle of a highway very shady overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLACE IS A DUMP.

Needs improvement
It was simple a little too simple. There was hair in the bathroom and under the sheets. Missing a side chair or couch and the office chair was broken. So there was a bed, desk, tv, night stand and some kind of cheap table with 2 chairs. It served the purpose to sleep although we heard constant walking in the rooms above us even in the middle of the night.

The hotel is kind of in a weird area. There were a lot of guests hanging outside which seemed strange. But it was good enough to stay and head into Salem.

Checking in was very easy, even though we arrived very late. Room was very clean and nice for the price! We stayed here last year and very glad we did again this year. Good bang for your buck and not a normal “sketchy” motel quality at all.

Exceeded our Expectations
We were celebrating my daughter's and her best friend's 18th birthdays. The room was fabulous. Comfortable, clean, and huge! It had a microwave and mini fridge with a big freezer! The only thing missing was a coffee pot in the room. The coffee was in the lobby and only during certain hours. A hot decaf before sleep would have been great if we had a coffee pot. Next time I'll bring instant coffee.
