The staff at as friendly and helpful, property felt clean but room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The shuttle offered by the hotel is extremely helpful to get the the airport or other sites nearby

Very pleasant staff and the room was clean. The bathroom and carpet were showing some serious wear and age.
I had a room with a window that was 5 feet up from the floor. Couldn’t look out of it.

Couldn't get the shower on. The knob on the faucet was stuck. I had to force it. Took 10 minutes to figure it out. Finally got to shower and the body wash was completely out. Called the desk and they did not care at all. Everyone there was just generally rude.
