"Another lovely stay at the Manor House. Stayed in our favourite room number 14 but felt the bedroom was looking a little shabby (the four poster needs some attention). The TV in both the bedroom and bathroom didn’t work for a period of time during our stay (which coincided with us returning from a long walk and we just wanted to relax). The internet was very hot and miss too. We dined in the Brasserie and while staff were attentive at the start, by the time we got to desert the brasserie was...

"It’s not often I give a five-star review but the staff here were exceptional. Genuine, friendly, happy - even the guy in the restaurant that served us a late dinner and then breakfast the following morning. I need some of that positive energy! We only stayed for one night, but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The bar is really cosy and the breakfast is very generous. We just loved it here. Please don’t change a thing."
