When draining the tub after a VERY long wait to partially fill it, the bath water came UP out of the shower drain across the room (!) Adequate staff was not available to fix the plumbing problems."

"Since I rented a car, I liked that it had easy parking and was also close to highway for travelling outside of Copenhagen. I also like the buffet breakfast. It helped with getting the day started."

"Location, Location, Location. Excellent location for hop on hop off, metro and train stations, Tivoli gardens (5 min or less) The hotel is older but on the plus side the room is larger than newer ones. No USB ports in the room. We did not like the breakfast, no option for ordering eggs or omelet, the bacon was small bits, I guess makes it easy to blend with the scrambled eggs. Restaurant at hotel has excellent food. "
