"this is one of my favorite budget hotel in the yaowarat area.The best value in the area. conveniently located for all transportation .breakfast is good .all staffs are friendly and professional . the only downside is the weak wifi.but other than that this hotel is getting better and better every each stay .I have been coming here for the past 7years. I will be back again."

"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...

"Although we didnt get the room upgrade or the VIP access. The hotel was amazing and the staff was very hospitable whenever we asked for something. Even when we noticed rude and entitled tourists talking to some of the staff, rhey were professional. Kudos! Thank you for a great first experience in Bangkok to celebrate our 24th Anniversary 😍"
