"We visited Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea to start off a wonderful family vacation in Japan. We were very comfortable and happy with Hilton Tokyo Bay. Breakfast buffet & dinner buffet were wonderful. A la carte menu and meals were delicious at Silva restaurant. Super nice staff. "

"The best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Japan. Right as you walk in the lobby looks amazing. The rooms are much more spacious compared to the ones in central Tokyo. They have free shuttle bus to and from both stations which was super convenient. Staff were accommodating. Just an overall great stay at Grand Nikko. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Disneyland!"

"Great service at this hotel by all staff. No tipping expected. Frequent shuttles to both airport and downtown Narita. Good dining options, 24 hr. Lawsons convenience store on premises. Rooms are typical size of Japanese city hotel - small, but very well equipped and clean."

"Booked Run of House Room. Requested 4 single beds and so happy this was provided. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). This hotel is conveniently located across Bayside Station which is next stop DisneySea. Can catch the shuttle to the station or easily walkable. The shuttle bus from all the nearby hotels is the same Mickey theme (so cute!). Check in was not supposed to be till 6pm but when arrived at 5 we were allowed to go in our room. There’s a Lawson at next door hotel Hilton (just catch the shuttle bus to the station to there to save walking). The room was spacious and bathroom was the biggest from all the hotels while in Japan. There’s a bathtub and shower which was great. Paid for our airport limousine bus at reception. Plenty of eateries at Maihama Station - we just purchased a 2 day monorail pass which was worth it and also kept as a souvenir. Perfect hotel for our DisneySea day. "

"Right from the start everything was easy. The shuttle at the airport was fast to find and took us right there. Check in was super fast. Having a family Mart convenience store in the lobby was amazing. Honestly honestly, it was part of why we chose this hotel. We knew jet leg would be hard. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had breakfast at the hotel. We only stayed one night, but I would recommend this hotel. We walked to a beautiful peaceful temple. The grounds were gorgeous and so worth the rainy walk. "

"Wow what a treat, the Oriental Bay Hotel was a great decision for my wife and I, it’s a partner Disney hotel with free transportation to both parks every 30min. The Hotel itself met our satisfactions there is 4 restaurants and a welcome lounge(free beer) for you use also this hotel is attach to the Shi-urayasu train station with quite a few clothing stores and numerous of places to eat including McDonald, subway and other with local prices. The only downside is far from Tokyo Shinjuku but wasn’t a problem for us we actually like the 45min commute knowing to comeback to our BIG ROOM lol also easy way to get to both airport via friendly bus limousine =coming it drop you up in front of the hotel and going back to the airport just get the shuttle to Disney and from there take the bus back to the airport via bus limousine..I absolutely recommend this hotel..tip- the hotel have everything you need free ( razor blades- toothbrush-lotion-shower cap-dental floss-foot massage-washer/dryer-Lawson24hours in the hotel-kids dipper and bathtub oils and more)LOL"
