The staff was amazing. I asked for an extended stay and they gave us a complimentary extension which is very nice since I was willing to pay for whatever they charge us for it.
But that gesture from the staff will always be remembered when I make my future booking plans. You have now my loyalty.

The hotel rooms, laundry facilities and rooms above lobby are a bit dated. My main complaint was the noise. Being close to a fire station we experienced lots of loud sirens through the night.

Oct 17, 2019The convention center has a lot of homeless people living around it esp under the tunnel . They didn’t bother me or anyone at all. The odor is unpleasant.

Aug 12, 2019I walked all around convention center. I didn't have any reason to go inside. Lots of homeless people around the convention center, which was unexpected at this place. Philadelphia in general has homeless people all day/night long along the streets/sidewalks. My general observation of Philadelphia is dirty, the sewer smell when walking on sidewalks is horrible, lots of homeless people(and with that when walking there was always a stinch of urine, I am sure where a homeless person or 2 urinated on walk or building).

Jun 27, 2019A friendly SEPTA agent encouraged me to get a travel wallet. If you call the number on the back or go online to register the SEPTA Key card, they apply the $4.95 fee towards your trips. Each trip on the trolley or bus was $2 instead o $2.50 in cash. The card I have is now good until 2023, so I need to come back! I got off at the stop near City Hall and enjoyed the walk.

May 6, 2019Got the chance to see a little bit of the Convention center as part of the "Philly By Night" tour! It was said that it costed over a BILLION dollars for the center to be built - wow!
