"We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. You are only given one access key, which you need to get in and out the building, and requests for a second one were denied, so if...

"裝修很符合Hello Kitty 的氛圍，女兒進去就發出一聲驚呼，但廚房水龍頭搖晃，睡覺翻身床板便嘎吱作響。共三房雙衛，還有一個停車位。訂房時附帶早餐，這是最大的騙局，只有幾包咖啡粉，其他什麼都沒有。入住交接鑰匙後，便人影全無，如果這種態度經營民宿的話，還是免了吧！"

"Fin lys lejlighed med de fasciliteter, der var lovet. Madrasser og hovedpuder var dog hårde og så var poolen under vedligehold hele vores 3 dages ophold. Havde faktisk valgt det bla. pga. den. Ejeren kunne ikke gøre noget ved det eller tilbyde kompensation. Kommunikationen med ham var ellers god, svarede lynhurtigt på WhatsApp."

"このアパートは現在工事中です。朝8時から夜6時まで工事の音が非常にうるさい。プールも半分は工事中。チェックインの際チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれなかった。部屋にはインターネットも電話もなく、フロントもないので連絡のつけようがない。アメニティもなく、トイレットペーパーの補充もない。トイレは午前中に下水の匂いがする。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡したが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。チャットは途中で切られるし、折り返しの電話をリクエストしたが、なかった。帰国後電話したが長時間待たされて繋がらない。 お部屋はまあまあだったが、まだゲストを泊まらせる状態ではないのでは？ このような部屋を紹介しないで欲しい。"

"The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient.
