"This property lived up to all of our expectations. Everything was clean, well stocked, and in working order. Just as advertised. Arriving at the home was curvy, but straight forward. There was plenty of privacy and parking areas. The views were spectacular. The house comes stocked with just about anything you could need and all the finishings are of very high quality. "Loved the place. The apartment is great for a couple. The wood fire sauna and hot tub are a unique experience. We were glad we brought some firewood and would recommend picking up 6 or more bundles if you want to use all the amenities. The lake is small fresh water pond that’s perfect for a cold plunge. It was frozen but we broke through the ice. Lance is super helpful and has definitely put some love into making this one of our more memorable stays."

"My kids and I had a fun time in Boone and enjoyed the property very much! It was centrally located to everything we had planned, and stocked with everything we needed. The house is a little older, but you can see the owners are working to make updates, which are really nice. Our only complaint would be regarding the heating/insulation/drafty windows. It was wet and cold (upper 30's/low 40's) and the heat pump had to work overtime. We loved the pool table and snuggling on the big couch!"
