Decent place to stay
Stayed for a night in this hotel. The rooms are decent and good service. For us the location was super convenient as we had work right across the road.

I was not that sure about the hotel when i checked in. Rhe entrance wasn’t that exciting. But the rooms were supermely large. And really well kept. Washroom cleanliness was top notxh. What makes me more happy is the staff behavior. They were super helpful .

Clean spacious rooms, gr8 barbeque on rooftop
This property is conveniently located off drive in road, next to SAL HOSPITAL and makes it easy for guests to reach airport within 20-30 mins in peak traffic hours. Also easy to reach SG highway within 5 mins by car. Being Radisson group property, upkeep is satisfactory and as such nothing to complain.

1)Safe and secure for families. 2)Welcome was good 3)Restaurant was excellent (food selection was good as well as the service) 4)Facilities such as gymnasium, message, etc more than adequate. 5)The farewell was good as well. Double charge me for stay.
They charge me at hotel checkout as we'll as Expedia charged me too. Twice transaction on my credit card. Also Hotel is not kept to the chain standard at all. It has no basic facility plus they gave me wrong room at check in

Service is v poor-all aspects including house keeping,room service and front desk.No empowerment to the front desk.I had booked for two nights-one single and one double.I was charged double for both nights and the person in the reception did not even bother to listen.

Nice hotel for business work
Nice ambience. Healthy and good breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. Had a comfortable stay of three days except for a little inconvenience caused by front desk staff. Will recommend to anybody traveling alone as I felt safe there.

Good room but horrible housekeeping. Dirty floor, smelly carpet and menu's tables with stains which were not clean and were not cleaned even after two reminders. Breakfast spread is good.

Good Hotel with an amazing rooftop Restaurant!
We stayed here for 2 nights for a quick trip to Ahmedabad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the hotel shuttle pick us up from the airport without any issues. Overall we would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel is great
Whilst, the front office staff and the dinning staff were of great help and assistance always, the house keeping team was a TOTAL disappointment! You would have to call them 3 to 4 times, before your room is cleaned and that too is not done to the standards! I had a paper litter on my room floor lying for 3 days before I complaint and its when they removed it. Seems like the carpet had not been hovered for a long time.

Clean room + Good Food
Hotel location is fantastic, close to SG highway so those moving in/out of the city can easily access. Hospital and mall within 0.5 km radius. Staff at reception seemed to freshly trained and didnt appear much seasoned in handling check in/out but overall stay was pleasant with rooms being spacious and clean. B/fast + Dinner were awesome.

The room and location is very good. Even the breakfast spread is lavish and good but we were disappointed by the non-functioning of geyser on our floor. This was irritating and led to delays. Overall it is a good and worthy hotel with great pricing.

It was a family holiday for which we choose to stay at this hotel. It is a great hotel with reasonable price. Good Breakfast, Good Food and Comfortable Bed. The bathroom missed hand shower though !

We booked on hotels.com and landed up an hour later. Till the next morning when we checked out, the hotel had not got its message from hotels.com and therefore asked me to leave my card details behind. As regards the hotel, its a lovely property. The room had a musty smell when we first entered it but the staff attended to it on being informed. The breakfast was very good the next morning. The staff is uniformly polite.

Check in took almost 40 minutes. Rooms were not ready. I had a printout email confirmation from the hotel advising that my 2 booked bedrooms would be side by side. This was not the case, hotel staff acknowledged their email and said all rooms were booked and we were allocated rooms in different floors. After disputing and 40 min later, the hotel did manage to find us rooms as per requested. Not a good experience especially from Country Inns & Suites By Carlson. This was the only incident which was negative. Overall, staff were polite and courteous. Housekeeping staff took the crown! Very polite and efficient. Rooms, bed linen & towels were clean. Good stay

Awesome service and value.
Great service and staff who went out of their way to assist me. I can't remember ever having had such a great hotel experience, especially at this rate. This was my first trip to India, travelling for business, and they definitely made my experience, not only easy but memorable and downright enjoyable!

We had booked two rooms at the hotel, but when we arrived, they only had details of one booking. The reception staff were rude and threatened us in order to get payment for the second room. The wi-fi did not work and the restaurant manager was very rude to my wife when she went for breakfast. Will certainly not visit again, despite good location and quiet room.

가성비가 좋았습니다. 아침 조식도 괜찮았구요. 전체적으로 서비스가 좋았습니다. 하우스키핑은 조금 문제가 매일매일 상황이 다르더군요 물도 한번씩 끊기는 경우가 있어요 하지만 인도라는 점을 감안하면 전체적으로 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Min leverandør i Indien anbefalede dette hotel som et rimeligt hotel til en fair pris. Det var rent og pænt og ganske udemærket for et par dages overnatning. Morgenbuffeten var dog ikke noget særligt men alt i alt til prisen er det et rimeligt hotel.

Die Umgebung des Hotel ist sehr schmutzig. Ansonsten ist das Hotel OK, bis auf das teilweise aufdringliche Person. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt
