"Room was absolutely incredible. Huge, and extremely comfortable. Check in wasn't the best. It was VERY busy and confusing. Also if you pay the $1000 room deposit by credit card, you're told it will take up to 2 weeks for it to be refunded, which is just absurd. "

"This is my preferred hotel whenever I visit Macau. It is conveniently located with easy access to shuttle buses to the border gate and ferry pier to Hong Kong. The only inconvenience is there’s no taxi station at front of hotel. I like the hotel location within walking distance to eateries. Hotel is nice, clean and classy. Staff is very attentive and helpful."

"Travelling solo. I booked the basic room. It was very good. But they never offered me an upgrade. As a solo travkeller I don’t mind booking basic but at least have the respect to offer me better - happy to pay"

"The Grand Coloane is a great place to get away for a different e-work environment or family vacation. I highly recommend staying ocean side. Sitting on the balcony at night or early morning is quite relaxing. The staff are very helpful and kind. "

"Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there. "
