"This is a great hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the sights and sounds of Venice. It’s a five-minute walk from the train station and the ferry, and there are countless restaurants and shops right down the street. The breakfast buffet is solid, and you can eat right on the canal. The staff is friendly and hardworking. Special shout-out to Lucrezia at the front desk, who was really helpful and might be the loveliest person in the City of Water!"

"The hotel, located in Campo S. Sophia on the grand canal was a 15 minute walk to the train station to the North or 15 minute walk South to Saint Mark’s square. There is a water bus stop located just outside the front door of the hotel as well as water access for water taxies. The room was clean and quiet. We had a slight view of the grand canal from our bathroom. The ceiling was at least 16 feet tall and the decor is what was described as Venetian. There is a nice garden with a sitting...
