"Nice and clean hotel with hotspring. Good location, easy to walk to restaurants. Friendly staff and helpful. The parking is next to the hotel with reasonable price. "

"The staff at the counter don't seems to be able communicate effectively. We checked in quite late and we were told about dinner need reservation before specific time resulting we headed out nearby ramen shop but were not accepting anymore customer. We went back to our room and order for room service but was declined because the staff couldn't speak english. We snacked on our biscuit at the end as our dinner."

"Only few Onsen pools available. Dinner amd Breakfast Buffet menu don’t change much daily. Hallway is lack of fresh air."

"First, the Route Inn chain is equivalent to "Motel 8" or the "Red Roof Inn" in concept. So, this no-frills hotel is not meant to be a full service establishment. With this in mind, this hotel far exceeded our expectations! It is situated steps from the JR Obihiro Station, and there are many restaurants and bars only a couple of blocks away. The staff was friendly, helpful and courtrous, and they maintain the building very clean and updated. Unfortunately, there is no "Japanese atmosphere" and...

"This hotel is a little off the beaten path but if you have a rental car it is just a short drive from unkai terrace. Another great advantage is being close to the bear reserve at the top of the mountain which I highly recommend if you have the time. Comfortable rooms with AC, ping pong tables near the laundry so you can play while you wait. Very happy with this hotel."

"Good place to stay. Window noise insulation is very good, but you cannot open the window since it is near main road with loud noise from trucks. Clean and tidy, helpful staff Some good restaurant at driving distance."

"禁煙室、セミダブル、女2人で予約宿泊しました。 チェックインもスムーズ お部屋も内装がきれいで、お値段から考えても大満足でした。 今回は旅程の関係で利用できませんでしたが、別ホテルの温泉浴場も無料で利用できるので 「温泉付き」ではなくても充分でしょう。 エレベーターが、さすがに年季を感じます タバコの匂いもちょっと感じたので、気になる方は要注意かと（そんなに何度も載らないかもですが） フロントの方以外は話す機会は無かったですが、 過剰なサービスは無く、手際良いなかで温かみがあり とっても満足でした。 帯広に用事がある際は、また利用したいです。"
