"Good location, spacious room for family of 4 adult, clean but housekeepers forgot to put the towers. Need to requests and instantly they deliver to the room. Friendly day time receptionist. 2nd night of our stayed, my whole family of four got frightened as the room door was opened by someone from outside. Then I saw the night duty receptionist opened our room door using the master key. When query, he said open the door to shows the room to new guest. I sound him, that he should knock the door...

I had trouble locating my receipt on the Expedia website.They called a next door neighbor in who spoke very good english.. and after three separate conversations - and 2-3 hours of wasted time. they excepted that there was no problem. They said that expedia had not paid them, and that seemed to be the confusion....
