"Too small room and bathroom"

"Very clean and staff was very helpful in moving me to another room when the first room aircon was not cold. "

"The location is convenient if you want to explore Austin. Good for a short stay as the place is clean, bed and pillow is comfy. 2 queen bed makes it very affordable for a family of 4. "

"Biscuits and beverage at lobby area are convenient. Room experience though, Shower unit lower pressure, difficult to control temperature at my room. Abit confusing to first find the room. There's an obvious staircase to the left, but those are for rooms 6 onwards. Rooms 1-5 are same level as lobby "

"The location is near the main road but still feel quite quiet "

"I have to wait for half an hour for the 50 ringgit deposit receipt. It seems that the counter man not willing to issue receipt. I was given a room with no window like a prison cell. The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained."
