"This hotel does give out a wrong impression of it ! We stays for 5 days - room so small and uncomfortable beds ... lots of things arent up to standards - toliets sit broken, shower floor very slippery and not safe to stand on, broken light switches in toliet and outside toliet too .. fix it a day before we return to UK. Window had no lock on it .. you can open it and close it without lock it ... safe - not working properly, only good things about the room is clean towels and bed being made...

"Staff was helpful and pleasant. However beds were not very comfy and bedding kept popping out. Experienced couple of power cut offs recommending to sort it out immediately but overall great location and kind staff 👍"

"Property was centrally locater- you could walk to it within 7 minutes from the train station. The hop in hop off bus was located about 4 minutes away and there were plenty of places to eat. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. They had a nice upstairs rooftop area which you could use to relax in at the end of the day. The only drawback was we were not made aware of any of this until the next day as the office was closed when we arrived about 4.30pm. Their communication in that area...

"Our hotel Ciao experience was very good. We were greeted and welcomed in such a lovely manner! Our room was spacious and clean. As was our bathroom. It felt safe and was quiet for the duration of our stay. Being across from the Roma Termini was so helpful and the staff were incredibly helpful in helping us plan our day in Rome. Our vouchers for a traditional Italian breakfast were very much appreciated and the dinner recommendations and reservations were excellent! The property may only be one...

"Me and my husband stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip to Rome. Mary, the manager of the hotel (hotel is only 10 rooms, second floor of the building) was so kind and incredibly helpful. Overall this hotel was in a great area and very safe and clean. The only cons I would like to point out are that you are not going to get many of the amenities that you would get at a regular hotel. For example, the front desk is only there for a designated time then they leave for the day so if you need...
